Right now, too many are dehumanising environments that emphasise retribution over rehabilitation. The result? Generational inequality and downward cycles of deprivation.
What we do
We work with civil society organisations and other donors to ensure that successful rehabilitation and reintegration of incarcerated people becomes the norm.
Through our funding, our partners can advocate for adequate state investment, giving voice to those detained, developing evidence of what works, and supporting more humane forms of incarceration that make rehabilitation possible.

We prioritise our work with partners in Argentina, Brazil, Czech Republic, Ireland, the Netherlands, North America, Mexico, and the United Kingdom.
