Our leadership
The Porticus management team is responsible for the organisation strategy, daily operation and wellbeing of all staff. We work out of 14 locations around the world with our head office located in Amsterdam.

Charlotte Brenninkmeijer
CEO
Charlotte Brenninkmeijer joined Porticus as CEO in November 2024. She has over 15 years of leadership experience, most recently serving as CEO of Anthos Family Office since 2020 and in previous managerial roles at C&A.

Mariana Wongtschowski
Director of Programmes
Mariana Wongtschowski joined Porticus in 2016. She has dedicated her career to sustainable development, working in policy and programme roles across government, NGOs, and research institutes.

Marieke Hounjet
Director Strategy and Impact
Marieke Hounjet joined Porticus in 2017. She brings experience from the UN, Start Network, and international civil society, with a focus on impact and learning.
Our governance
Porticus is part of Constanter, a private, independent charitable foundation in service of the common good. It is part of a wider network of philanthropic organisations founded by the Brenninkmeijer family business owners. Constanter works in strategic partnership with Porticus and Laudes Foundation to realise their philanthropic aims.
